Diamond Transmission Corporation was established to fulfil Mitsubishi Corporation’s corporate principles – Corporate Responsibility to Society and Global Understanding through Business – by delivering renewable energy to society. They continue to operate offshore transmission lines to provide the infrastructure for the growing offshore windfarm market in Europe.
Blue Transmission is a 50/50 consortium of 3i and Diamond Transmission Corporation. Blue Transmission is owner of four OFTO projects in the UK, totalling 1.3GW of transmission capacity.
Diamond Transmission Partners is a 50/50 consortium of DTC and HICL Infrastructure PLC (‘HICL’). Diamond Transmission Partners is the owner of three OFTO projects in the UK totalling 1.1GW of transmission capacity.
